Our story
Where we come from
Aluxion was founded in Madrid in 2014 as a software engineering company. For over a decade we have shipped real products for organizations of every size — and that hands-on enterprise experience is exactly what enterprise AI demands today.
We have worked across the full spectrum: from early-stage startups to IBEX 35 corporations and national and global organizations such as McKinsey and CBRE. Building for that range taught us what production-grade software actually requires — security, integration with legacy systems, governance, and accountability — long before AI agents made those questions urgent.
When generative AI arrived, we did not pivot away from that experience; we built on it. Our founder, an AI and cybersecurity expert, started Renaiss AI, our own research lab, to tackle the hard problems that keep AI out of serious corporate environments — connecting agents to context, handling sensitive data correctly, and governing what autonomous agents are allowed to do.
Today that proprietary technology powers our products, Alchemy and Chronos, developed first-hand with large enterprises so the technology is shaped by real operations, not assumptions.

The hard problems of enterprise AI
Most AI never reaches production in serious companies because three problems are left unsolved. Renaiss AI, our research lab, was built to solve them — and that proprietary technology is what our agents run on.
Connecting to context
Enterprise knowledge is scattered across systems, documents, and tools. We built proprietary infrastructure that connects agents to the right context, securely, so they act with full information instead of guessing.
Treating the data right
Corporate data is sensitive and regulated. Our technology governs how agents read and write it — redaction, access control, residency, and a full audit trail — so automation never compromises security or compliance.
Governing the agents
Autonomous agents need oversight, not blind trust. We build governance in from the start: scoped permissions, human approvals, reversible actions, and observability over everything an agent does.

Founder of Aluxion and Renaiss AI
Aluxion was founded by Javier Martín, an expert in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity who has spent his career at the intersection of the two.
He founded Aluxion in 2014 and, as enterprise AI matured, started Renaiss AI — a research lab developing proprietary technology to solve the context, data, and governance problems that keep AI out of serious corporate environments. He works first-hand with large enterprises to understand and build that technology against real operations.
